• Acted for a Bank in an action brought by a contributory and an unsecured creditor of a company in liquidation, to set aside a consent judgment entered under s.236(1)(c) Companies Act between, inter alia, the Bank, the liquidator and a third party.
• Acted for a financial institution in resisting a discovery application brought by an individual who claimed to be a customer of the financial institution more than 20 years ago and successfully struck out his said application.
• Acted for a Bank in defending an action brought by a customer of the Bank seeking for, inter alia, damages in relation to purported negligence in performing a telegraphic transfer transaction. 
• Acted for a Bank in defending an action brought by a third party involving allegations of negligence in opening of bank account and cashing of cheques by an imposter. 
• Acted for various financial institutions in setting aside an ex-parte restraining order obtained by a creditor of a company in liquidation.
