Vynny Wong Poh Yee was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2018.

Her practice focuses mainly on civil and commercial disputes, corporate restructuring and insolvency, and receivership.

Vynny Wong advises and represents a broad range of clients including insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, companies (including directors and shareholders) on various corporate matters such as corporate rescue mechanisms and complex corporate litigation involving shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duties and fraudulent trading.

She also has experience in dealing with contractual disputes, land fraud matters, strata titles and management issues, tenancy disputes, employment issues, debt recovery and execution proceedings.
