Mr. Yeo Hong Li was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in July 2023. He commenced his legal career at Messrs. Zul Rafique & Partners, where he underwent his pupillage, focusing on corporate affairs such as mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and corporate real estate. Subsequently, he joined Messrs. Kee Sern, Siu & Huey as a legal associate within the Corporate Real Estate Department.

Hong Li’s areas of practice in Messrs. Kee Sern, Siu & Huey primarily revolve around real estate and banking transactions. He represents individual and corporate clients in various types of property transactions including sale and purchase of commercial and residential properties, sale and purchase of development projects, leases and tenancies. He specializes in mortgages and banking transactions covering both conventional and Islamic banking transactions.

Hong Li also provides advisory work in relation to corporate and commercial transactions. He has advised and assisted in joint venture transaction, business acquisition and disposal transactions and employment contract.
