Phoebe Choo was called to the Bar of England and Wales in October 2021 and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2023. She completed her pupillage at a prominent Malaysian firm, specializing in Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Intellectual Property Law, and General Litigation.

Kee Sern, Siu & Huey, Phoebe Choo focuses on real estate law, specializing in housing project developments, residential and industrial property transactions, assisting distressed companies in property disposals, and advising on tenancy agreements. Additionally, Phoebe supports corporate clients in securing loans from financial institutions for business purposes.
