LOW LEE JIE
Low Lee Jie was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate & Solicitor in 2022.
She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Kee Sern, Siu & Huey in 2021 under the tutelage of Mr. Lau Kee Sern. She is now an associate of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution department.
Her main areas of practice are banking and finance-related disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, restructuring and insolvency matters. She advises and acts for major banking and financial institutions, insolvency professionals and institutional and corporate creditors.
Lee Jie also has experience in the areas relating to, amongst others, internet banking fraud, debt recovery, bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, minority oppression and land ownership and tenancy disputes.
