Xin Wen was admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in May 2019.

Xin Wen is with the firm’s Dispute Resolution department. Her main areas of practice are civil disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, corporate restructuring and insolvency matters. She advises and acts for insolvency professionals, companies and corporate creditors.

Xin Wen also handles general litigation in the areas relating to, amongst others, contractual disputes, debt recovery, as well as land and tenancy disputes.

Before joining the firm, Xin Wen was exposed to criminal defence work ranging from murder and culpable homicide offences, drug trafficking offences, to immigration and human trafficking offences.  Other than that, she had experience in civil litigation involving tortious claims, family and matrimonial disputes, defamation suits, probate and administration of estates, judicial review proceedings and enforcement proceedings.
