Ho Shane Jie read law at the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2022. She completed her pupillage at Messrs Kee Sern, Siu & Huey in 2024, where she gained experience in both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Real Estate Divisions.

In January 2025, she was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. She is currently a Legal Associate in the firm’s Corporate & Real Estate Division, where her practice encompasses housing development projects, as well as the acquisition and disposal of residential and commercial properties. She is also involved in banking and finance transactions, overseeing loan documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing facilities and advising financial institutions on regulatory and compliance matters.
