Heartiest congratulations to the directors and management team of Ally Logistic Property Co Ltd (ALP) – Taiwan’s warehousing infrastructure developer.

Earlier today, ALP and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) entered into a shareholders agreement to develop a 100% pre-leased logistics hub in Bukit Raja in Klang, Selangor. This hub will be developed on 10.92 hectares of freehold land in Bandar Bukit Raja, harnessing state-of-the-art Automatic Storage and Retrieval System, or ASRS technology.
